We hope you’ll be delighted with your products from Sagaform.

If something isn’t quite right, you can easily register your return here.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, in accordance with distance selling regulations.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email containing a QR code to use when dropping off your parcel at a PostNord drop-off point.

Return fee: DKK 69 / EUR 9, which will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
