Below, we outline known accessibility issues that have been identified, as well as actions that are planned or in progress.

Content that is not accessible – known issues

For users with visual impairments or color blindness

  • Some text has insufficient contrast against the background, particularly light grey text on a white background.

  • Some images are missing alt text to convey their content to screen readers.

  • Some videos do not provide any information to screen readers.

  • Some elements, such as buttons and modals, lack ARIA attributes.

  • There are elements that are not permitted within a ul list.

Problems for users with motor impairments

  • Focus indicators are missing, making it difficult for users navigating with a keyboard to know where they are on the page.

Problems for users with cognitive impairment or neurodiversity

  • There is moving content that cannot be paused or stopped.

Problems for users with visual, motor or cognitive impairments

  • Modals lack focus trapping, making it impossible to navigate out of a modal once it is open.

  • Expandable elements and modals cannot be closed using keyboard navigation.

  • Color selections on products lead to new product pages where the focus should instead remain on the selected color.

  • Some elements have repeated links pointing to the same destination.

  • Some links have unclear descriptions of where they lead.

  • Some buttons lack clear and descriptive text.

Summary and ongoing work

We are aware of the above issues and are actively working to address them. Several of these problems require development work, but many are editorial and can be resolved through clearer language and better content structure.
